Dumplings Galore

We can never have too many dumplings. We are self-confessed dumpling junkies. For a quick dumpling fix, we often find ourselves at Auntie Chang's Dumplings House. Admittedly, it's not the best fast food dumplings we've had (that honor likely goes to Doozo Dumplings in the Houston Center, but we'll save that for another entry). Auntie Chang's certainly hits the spot, though. The beef and pork dumplings had a nice bite to them with a subtle ginger zest in the background. The vegetable dumplings were realy flavorful too. Steamed cabbage is highly a underrated accompanyment to steamed dumplings, in our opinion, and Auntie Chang's cabbage had tender but with a nice al dente bite. We'd pass on the Chinese food here too. Not so great.
