We have both been avid supporters of President Barack Obama since his 2004 Democratic National Convention Keynote Address. Before meeting one another, each of us independently campaigned for the then-senator during the 2008 election. One of our first points of bonding naturally was our mutual love for Mr. Barack.
Mani, to demonstrate his love for his newfound lady last September, surprised Val with tickets to Washington, D.C. to witness Obama's historic inauguration.
During our adventure in D.C., we took many a-photo of the Obamamania that struck our Nation's Capitol. Below are some of the Obamafied food and drink we experienced, along with other random Obama foods we've encountered on the interwebs. Enjoy!
